11. Do you want any patches on the certificate. We will do our best to find your service patches, but please beaware thatt there are well over 10,000 patches.

12. Patches or unit logos you want placed on the certificate. We have a large data bank of patches, but you may have to provide some of these to us. See the help page for more information.

13. Do you want a image of a certain plane, ship or other on your certificate. Your photo is no extra charge, but a custom painted vehicle will be $25 more.

14. What is the vehicle image you want? Again you may have to supply this depending on what you are asking for. We will let you know.

15. Do you want any commemorative medals you are entitled to on your certificate.

16. Your email and a contact number. We often need to speak to you directly to insure that all the information is correct. We do not spam or sell our client list!

17. Is ther any other information you want to add. You may choose to write your own history and have it placed on your certificate.

18. The fine print: We do our best to insure that your certificate is exactly what you asked for and made to the highest standards, but sometimes things happen. If something is not correct we will do our best to fix it, but if the information submitted is WRONG OR MISSPELLED, we can not a be held responsible. (ie. was that base in Vietnam called Qhu Do or Qauh Da.
